Gary Baker

As an international session stylist, educator and platform artist, Gary has traveled the world sharing his knowledge and creative techniques with fellow stylists. As a multiple award-winning hairdresser, Gary has had the pleasure of working with a notable celebrity clientele during his 30 years behind the chair. His new role within the #UNITEfamily as the company’s first Creative Director, is to forecast trends and collections for a positive impact and direction in the UNITE education program, marketing and photographic campaigns.

Nikki Lee & Riawna Capri

Presenting for the first time at GLOBAL SESSION San Diego, Nikki and Riawna are two stage artists that you will not want to miss! These two powerful women are known for their celebrity clientele such as: Julianne Hough, Nina Dobrev, Selena Gomez, Hilary Duff, Demi Lovato, Emma Roberts and many more. Co-founders of Nine Zero One Salon, 901 too, Raindrops, and, these women know a lot about the industry and cannot wait to share their insights and talents with the #UNITEfamily!

Kevin Ryan

Kevin Ryan’s off-the-cuff coifs are seen monthly in magazines like AnOther, Self Service, W, Harper’s Bazaar and Italian and British Voguethrough his collaborations with photographers Carter Smith, Craig McDean, Michael Thompson, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Inez Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and Terry Richardson. Ryan is also a creative force within the fashion and beauty industries, working on runway shows for Tommy Hilfiger, Wink, and Katayone Adeli, and campaigns for Chloé, Aveda and Redken. He also styles Drew Barrymore, Hilary Swank, Selma Blair and Reese Witherspoon.

Nick Irwin

Nick began his hairdressing career in the mid-eighties in the north of England, eventually moving to London brought him to the attention of hairdressing icon Anthony Mascolo, who became his mentor. Anthony allowed Nick the space and opportunity to develop into the hairdresser he is today. Nick is known for his innovative style and vision which is why he is highly sought after by photographers and editors alike. Nick has taken the role of lead stylist at over sixty shows at the International Collections. His skill set lies in being able to translate inspiring hair from the catwalk & editorial shoots into salon hair for stylists.

Shaun McGrath

Avant garde specialist and 2016 Australian Hair Fashion Awards finalist Shaun McGrath, has always erred on the side of quirkiness and creative expression with his work in hairdressing. He blurs the line between hairdressing, installation & sculptural art. Working from his base in salon styling, Shaun has modified his hairdressing skills to encompass his passion for couture wiggery & hair manipulation, the results have been epic, and have created quite a stir in the worlds of fashion, art, and of course, hair.

Renee Africa

As a platform artist with over 22 years of experience in precision cutting and session work, Renee’s vision, technical ability, and enthusiasm for the fashion industry has influenced her to look at not only the strong classic shapes, but to expand into the Avant-garde genre as well.

Estevan Garner

Using fashion and art as a backbone to his creativity, Estevan has been able to do hair around the world and can be found backstage at New York Fashion Week. Estevan is an expert when it comes to women’s styling; he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge with stylists so he can help strengthen their craft.

Jason Liddiard

Jason Liddiard has over 23 years experience cutting hair, during which he has demonstrated and taught his craft throughout the UK and Europe. The Jason Liddiard Salon has gained a reputation for award-winning hairdressing and education.

Narad Kutowaroo

Narad is a London-based session stylist who started working in the salon at age 15. As his work progressed, Narad began working on shows at Fashion Week. For the last few years, Narad has been the stylist for Emmy Award winning band, “Clean Bandit” as well as other popular recording artists. His work is being released in numerous national and international publications.

Matt Stark

Matt is a consummate contemporary hairstylist and one of London’s leading barbers. Throughout his considerable career, he believes that “quality of skill and service” is what differentiates him from others. From salons to seminars, artwork to photographic collections and films, Matt Stark is in high-demand.

Dylan Johnson

Dylan Johnson is a classically trained, Traditional Barber. He blends fresh trends from an underground culture, with his passion for preserving the American Barbershop. Because of this passion and work ethic, his work has been seen in places ranging from Major League Sports, in TV and Film, to the platforms of education for many years. Providing a superior knowledge of Men’s Grooming and the hands-on, day to day experience for the Modern Man.

Daniel Rymer

Daniel Rymer is one of the industry’s most sought after male grooming specialists. Wanting to push his competition work and establish himself as a freelance stylist, Daniel accepted an Art Director’s position at Bespo’ke Men’s grooming city center salon in Bristol and has now opened his own salon, Level MEN, where he can push the latest trends and his passion for innovative new hairdressing.

Manolo Padron

Manolo has been the modern men’s hair guru of Northern New Jersey for over 15 years. “Manny” is a Master Barber, Men’s Stylist and hair aficionado who was studied under the industry’s top stylists. His techniques are a fusion of Traditional Barbering and Modern Hair Styling he calls Fusion Barbering. Manny was trained as a Master Barber and Cosmetologist in one of New York’s leading institutes. In 2009, he has successfully founded and created Substance Salon & Barberspa. Manny’s 15 year experience and hard work has earned him a reputation that is reliable, responsible, and dependable and is known as one of the most sought after Barbers on the East Coast.

Lina Lindholm

From the age of 17, Lina has worked at several hairdressing salons in Copenhagen, Denmark, before launching her own shop, Fake Your Beauty, in 2010. At Fake Your Beauty, Lina has built a concept of an alternative style and atmosphere combined with old school barber shop. During her career as a hairstylist, Lina has specialized in the arts of rockabilly hairstyles, emo and scene. Lina takes pride in not offering an everyday look but strives to add some edge to the hairstyles.

Jesse Gaines

Jesse discovered he had a gift for cutting hair at a young age. Since his beginnings as an apprentice under leading educators, Jesse has always understood how vital education is to the success of a hairdresser. His 17+ years as a professional hairstylist have taught him what it takes to thrive in the industry.

Natasha Pearson

Natasha’s love for creativity led her into the hairdressing industry. Her natural ability to forecast trends and turn them into a reality has brought her work backstage at London Fashion Week, on stages around the world, and on countless runways and photo shoots.

Cassi Young-Paxton

Cassi grew up with a natural affinity for the arts and began working for a family friend in a salon at the age of 13. Pursuing her growing passion for the beauty industry, she became a licensed professional at 18. Building her talent assisting and eventually becoming a Director and Education Manager for a top Intercoiffure Salon. Cassi joined the #UNITEfamily as the Education Manager for North America and has been working with top salons building education plans, training and elevating the next generation of educators, and keeping stylists up to date with the latest trends. Most recently adding “Award Winner” to her accolades, becoming the winner of the Behind the Chair, Big Shot Award Editorial Shot of the Year.

Roberto Aguilar

Roberto has an extensive academic background in photography and has become a successful photographer in the fashion and beauty industry, earning himself a host of multi-national clients and publications in major fashion magazines. He is known for his romantic and sexy imagery with a touch of class and strong composition.
