No bad stuff, just good results – and we mean it!

We want you to be nothing less than 100% happy with your purchase from UNITE Hair. 

If you aren’t satisfied with your order and need to return or exchange items, just follow the steps below to send them back within 30 days of purchase. The 30 day window starts once your order is fulfilled.

We will process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds are credited to the original payment card, or an instant credit equal to the value of your return(s). 

Please note:

  • Products returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted. 
  • Only purchases from unitehair.com will be honored. We cannot process returns purchased from salons, other businesses or other vendors such as Amazon.
  • If your purchase date falls outside our standard 30-day return window, then please contact returns@unitehair.com
  • If your product is defective or damaged, please contact returns@unitehair.com.

For U.S. returns:

  • You will need your order number and ZIP code.
  • Please visit our returns portal to start the process.

How much do returns cost?

We stand behind our products. So if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns free of charge.*

How do I start a return?

Easily! Visit our Return Center to start the process. Have the email address associated with your purchase ready, or the order number and shipping zip code - either will work! Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions, a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip sent to the email address provided. 

Can I make an exchange?

Of course! If there’s a product you’d like to try instead, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

Nope! Ship your return back in whatever’s available to you. We just ask that it be shipped in packaging that protects the products to avoid damage in transit.

Is an order slip required?

No, you can skip the slip! But please note, with the pre-paid shipping label we provide to you, a packing slip RMA is included on the second page. 

Where can I find my shipping label?

When you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label sent to your email so it’s easily at-hand.

What is an instant credit and how do I use it?

After completing the steps on our UNITE Hair Returns Center, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of your returns. You can use this credit to make a new purchase–and we will ship it right away! If you don’t use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
