Can you please tell me if the Boing Defining Curl Cream is gluten free?

Maybe I'm using it wrong, but my ends feel so dry and crunchy. I used such a small amount and scrunch in the middle of my hair and the from ends up, maybe this is wrong but considering my hair doesn't feel soft. I tried adding oils to my end but it seemed to only make it worse. Please help because I love unite and I'm hoping I'm just using it wrong!
