"The product itself will always be 5 stars and the customer service. Unfortunately this time around when I received it the bottle was extremely hot and it looks like it almost came from a store because it had a tag on it. I did reach out, but they wanted me to return and unfortunately I was out of my Detangler so I needed it right away as I only use Unite. I will keep purchasing. Things happen."

- I am so disappointed in what was described by Unite as a "small price adjustment". I understand that tariffs and rising costs are happening but the price increase on the detangler alone is over 25%. This insane increase in pricing seems to be across the board. If inflation or tariffs improve is there ever a possibility of pricing returning to somewhat reasonable numbers? Bummed as I have used Unite products for the last 5 years but can not afford to shell out over $40 for a single hair product.

However, please note that because everyone's hair health will vary, we always recommend users be mindful of their own hair type and health before deciding which heat temperature they utilize for their heat tools. It can all depend on if you have thick or fine hair, use color or bleach, have very damaged hair, etc. These factors can help determine what temperature you utilize on your heat tools and if additional heat protectant is needed.
- Why has the price of this product gone up so drastically? The last time I purchased it (which was August 2024) , I paid less than $30 for the 8oz. bottle. Now it's selling for $40. I know that inflation has impacted pricing on lots of things but this increase seems extreme.
