Infused with rich ingredients like Macadamia nuts, vegetable fats and oil, this formula detangles and softens hair while providing UV protection. It’s also safe for hair extensions and to add on after chemical services to help lock in color, repair damage and seal the cuticle. How To Use

After Step 1 and 2, spray Step 3: SILKY:SMOOTH Heat Activator generously on damp, towel-dried hair, making sure to distribute the activator throughout the hair evenly. Using a hairdryer, rough dry to remove excess moisture, then comb and divide hair into sections. Using a styling iron, or hairdryer with a round or flat brush, smooth out each section from root to end until dry. Note: Some steam may occur; this is the heat activator hard at work, creating a protective, anti- humidity seal. Must use heat to activate and reactivate between washes.

What is the difference between this and the 7seconds blowout crème? Is there one that you would recommend more for long thick color-treated hair? And can I use this product in conjunction with the 7seconds detangler and blonda oil? Thanks!

The RE:UNITE Silky:Smooth Heat Activator is the last step in our RE:UNITE SILKY:SMOOTH Treatment System, which is a 3-step process that dramatically tames, smooths, strengthens, and repairs hair. It’s similar to a keratin treatment, without all the harsh chemicals or smell, and less damaging. It can also be paired with 7SECONDS Detangler and BLONDA Oil! However, if you have fine, thin hair - we recommend using each sparingly, so not to weigh hair down. These results will last for several washes and gives a more dramatic, sleeker and smooth results compared to 7SECONDS BlowOut Crème which helps extend the life of your blowout between washes. Up to what temperature does this product protect?
Hi Shelby - thank you for your question! Because everyone’s hair health is so different, we don’t have a specific temperature recommendation for our products. It can all depend on if you use color, bleach, if you have thick hair, fine hair, etc. At UNITE, we always suggest to not use any hot tools over 450 degrees to best protect your hair.
Hi! Is it possible to use SILKY:SMOOTH Heat Activator on dry hair? I like to spray heat protectant in my hair right before I flat iron it. I'm wondering if this can only be applied to wet hair. Thanks!

Will this by chance help with fly away hairs? I would love to dry my hair upside down for full volume but then I have all these fly away hairs that stand straight up. I don't really want to use a smoothing gel after drying to make them stop standing up since I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week and those smoothing products make my hair look greasy after a day or two. But I order a bottle of this and is being shipped, thought I would try it and see.
