- Hi Eric, Thank you for your question! BLONDA Oil can be used on brown hair and is safe to do so. However, we do recommend our U Oil for non-blondes. U Oil comes in a light amber color, making it perfect for those with darker hair. BLONDA Oil is specially formulated with no dye or color in its ingredients (its formula is clear), to ensure blonde hair or highlights are not compromised with unwanted color or dyes. But essentially, they both have the same great benefits!
